DELIVERY/ PRODUCTION

PRE-ORDER: All orders are hand-made to fit you perfectly. Please allow up to 5-15 business days for your order to be made before dispatch unless otherwise stated in the product description. 

READY TO SHIP: Please allow 1-3 business days for your handmade order to be dispatched. 

Please note this does not include weekend or bank holidays (our hard-working Artisans need days off us much as we all do).

RUSH YOUR ORDER: Please contact us via email at help.nakedallday@gmail.com before placing your order if you need your order by a specific date. We will do our best to ensure you receive your piece on your specified date.

• This option is only available if previously requested and accepted by us via email.
• This option is for rushing our production time only.
• When adding this option to your shopping cart, please select the fastest shipping option at checkout.
• Include the specific date you need the order by within the notes of your order.
• Failure to provide this information may result in delays.
Please Note:
• If you purchase this option without prior approval, we will not be able to refund the rush fee, and you might not receive your order by the desired date.

 

Once production of your order is complete and it's ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details. 


If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are available. This ensures efficient processing and delivery of your order.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THEIR ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION:

All packages are insured with a tracking number.

  • Customers have 4 days from delivery date to report any problem with the order.  If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery time given, you have 4 days to report it to us. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 4 days can no longer be investigated or compensated and we take no longer responsibility on your order.
  • Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed.
  • Once we send out your tracking link it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your item especially incase you miss the delivery and need to reschedule it.
  • Once the tracking link provided confirms delivery to your address or attempt and declined delivery by the receiver, we can no longer take responsibility for the parcel & we do not send out replacements or refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for failed delivery attempts. We won’t refund if our customers are unable to receive the item.

  • Please be aware that if the parcel is returned to us, you will need to cover the costs of reshipping the parcel to you and take responsibility for receiving it.
  • If your item is lost or stolen, NAD.NAKEDALLDAY is not responsible for that item. Please be sure to include the correct name, email and mailing address at the time of purchase.

  • If you track your item online and the status shows it is with customs, please note we cannot intervene, but will be delivered by the carrier promptly upon release. 
  • YOU MAY ALSO HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO YOUR LOCAL UPS STORE TO BE HELD FOR PICK UP IF YOU WANT TO AVOID LOST OR STOLEN DELIVERIES.
