WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide! International shipping roughly takes 5-7 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs.


WHAT SIZE AM I?

We encourage customers to always check product descriptions for details regarding the material and fit of the item. Please leave Bust, Waist, and Hip measurements within notes of order so item can be customized to you.

CAN I BUY AN ITEM IN ANOTHER COLOR?

Yes. If you would like a design to be in any other color, feel free to contact us here by chatting with us, on IG @nad.nakedallday or via email before placing your order.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCEED? HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Please have in mind that the items selected as *HANDMADE-TO-ORDER* can take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched. This is because our pieces are 100% handmade and are exclusively made for you.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

Due to the fact that all of our items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or refunds. Customer have 7 business days from delivery date to report any problem with the order.  If your order is damaged, costumers can return item(s) for store credit only. We do not provide refunds.

Once we receive your package, we will contact you to confirm that it was received and send you an electronic gift card via email.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for shipping costs.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

If your order arrived incorrectly or defective (we’re truly sorry!), please send us an email first with your contact information, order and photos of the item(s) received to nad.nakedalldayoffice@gmail.com

-Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume and must have all accompanying tags/packaging.

-Purchase your return label at your courier.

- Return your order with tracking number and send it to us via email.

-Returns will only be processed once we receive the package.
