OUR STORY Threads of heritage, reimagined for the modern woman.
NAD.NAKEDALLDAY was founded by creative director Mariana Santos, a designer whose work bridges the worlds of craft, heritage, and contemporary design.
Mariana’s journey began in the world of textile arts, where she cultivated an early fascination with fabric, texture, and technique. After graduating with a degree in Fashion and a specialization in Textile Design in 2018, she went on to win two major design competitions — including the Arts of Fashion international contest in San Francisco, where she presented her award-winning collection. Her experiences in London, contributing to London Fashion Week, deepened her vision: fashion as an intimate form of storytelling and self-expression.
In 2020, Mariana founded NAD.NAKEDALLDAY — a label born from a desire to merge artistry, craftsmanship, and modern femininity. The brand draws inspiration from her family’s legacy of weaving and linen production — a heritage rooted in the hands of women and their collective artistry. Today, that tradition lives on through innovative knitwear and textile exploration, blending hand techniques, machine knitting, and artisanal finishing in Portugal.
Since its debut, NAKEDALLDAY has been embraced by artists, actresses, and cultural icons including Karrueche, Latto, Aya Nakamura, Jada Kingdom, Tiwa Savage, and more. Each design embodies the brand’s ethos: confident, sensual, and rooted in craftsmanship.
More than fashion, NAD.NAKEDALLDAY is a study in form, movement, and texture — where every thread connects heritage to modern identity.
Our philosophy embraces slow creation, timeless design, and sustainability, crafting seasonless pieces meant to be cherished beyond trend and time.
WHY NAKEDALLDAY
The name reflects a way of creating — raw, tactile, and connected.
Inspired by generations of women who practiced the art of weaving, it speaks to the purity of process and the intimacy of craft.
To be Naked All Day is to create with honesty — beginning with nothing but thread, time, and intention. It is a tribute to the women before us and to the modern woman who wears their legacy today.
