Return policy

Due to the fact that all of our items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or refunds. Customer have 7 business days from delivery date to report any problem with the order.  If your order is damaged, costumers can return item(s) for store credit which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. We do not provide refunds.

Once we receive your package, we will contact you to confirm that it was received and send you an electronic gift card via email.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for shipping...
